Marshall ("Tripp") Raucci joined LaPlante Sowa Goldman in 2008 after a prestigious clerkship with the Rhode Island Supreme Court. As a judicial law clerk, Mr. Raucci was responsible for preparing Court decisions on a wide variety of civil issues, including zoning appeals, employment disputes, and family court matters. Mr. Raucci also prepared judicial decisions for the Appeals Panel of the Rhode Island Traffic Tribunal. His extensive work with the Traffic Tribunal helped Mr. Raucci cultivate a deep understanding of defending DUI charges and breathalyzer refusals. Attorney Raucci also draws upon his experience to focus on family law, including divorce and child custody matters. He is admitted to practice in the state courts of Rhode Island and Connecticut, as well as the Federal District Court for the State of Rhode Island.

Born in New York, Mr. Raucci was raised in East Greenwich, and currently resides in Providence. A graduate of Bishop Hendricken High School, Mr. Raucci was an All-State athlete in tennis. After obtaining his Bachelor's Degree from Providence College (where he was a member of the Friar's Club), Mr. Raucci earned his Juris Doctor from the Quinnipiac University School of Law.
