Mr. Glass focuses his practice in the areas of business entity formation, operations, and disputes; business acquisitions, sales, and mergers; business and professional licensing and regulation; residential and commercial real estate development; commercial real estate purchases, sales, and financing; and personal and business tax planning and asset protection. He is admitted to practice in the State of Rhode Island and Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and zealously represents clients before courts and other tribunals in those states.

Mr. Glass received his Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Political Science, with a concentration in finance, from Lehigh University in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. Following his graduation from Lehigh University, Mr. Glass attended Roger Williams University School of Law, where he received his Juris Doctor, cum laude, in 2007. In 2007, he was recognized by the Roger Williams University School of Law Feinstein Institute for Legal Services for his commitment to pro bono service. While at the Roger Williams University School of Law, Mr. Glass was Captain of the Roger Williams University School of Law Mighty Quahogs and served as a clerk for the civil division of the State of Rhode Island's Office of the Attorney General in its landmark lead-paint litigation.

Having previously lived in Virginia, New Hampshire and Massachusetts, Mr. Glass currently resides in Barrington, Rhode Island with his wife, Christina, and their dog, Henry. In addition to zealously representing the firm's clients, Mr. Glass enjoys sailing, skiing, traveling and rooting for the Red Sox.
